I am Not a Maniac OK

I am Not a Maniac OK

A Poem by UC Poika
"

A silly little sonnet with an acrostic leading letter that is supposed to dispel the ideas that all spirits are mysterious creatures for many are christians which is not necessarily a saint as claimed

"

I used my Lord to do a thing or two
Mostly in the spirits' world where not a man
Nor a spiritual being I saw the bunch of you
Over the years devising things like a plan
To take over my mind and leave me insane
And unable to tell the world what you did
Maybe even unable to use my brain
As I was to become a thinking invalid
Not because I was not a real nice guy
In every important social way
And kinder than any usual man was I
Caring for people and what might make their day
Or ruin yours when I caught on in the end
Knowing you only had yourselves for a friend!
