Edge of Sanity.

Here we are,
at the table of hate.
They sit on the other side of me,
the fake smiles that were once so real,
black eyes that once shined with passion for love,
now filled with bitter hate.
I sit here,
ready to yell and scream,
ready to take this fall into the unknown.
In my mind,
I stand on the edge,
the edge of the sanity.
Done with the emotion and physical abuse,
I put up with for years.
The lies,
they made me think I was crazy,
when it was them,
not me.
So here we are at this table,
staring each other down,
me against the 3 of them.
The 4th left,
abandoned me,
she escaped when she could.
So here I stand,
at the edge of sanity,
So here we sit,
at the table of insanity.
