Pain and Silence

Pain and Silence

A Poem by UndeadWill
"

Needed to be said.

"

Play me something sick sweetie

Pour some cyanide with the sugar

Ponder the morality of dice

twist the tale of man

With the lies of gods

Sing sweet

play pour and ponder

what the f**k to call me?

A demon with a gun?

A victim of a cruel world?

Something to said about the lines we draw

Around the discussion

What the f**k am I?

I've told my story

With shells and smoke

A bomb I could never set

I was once silent

Now I am found

To ponder pour and play

Sing sick sweet things to the cause

Never mind the consequences

Life is for the living and the dead are damned

Sick is what I am

Without a cure I am felt to ponder play and pour

I sing without a tune, words or rhythm

To a deaf world

But when the the devil comes to play

The world for a moment hears

“I need help”

And in the sound and fury hears what it wants

My voice is lost to noise of the old, bitter and power hungry

So I am lost again

And all was for nothing.

“Bang”
