Point-of-View

Point-of-View

A Chapter by Attentive_Ambience

Have you seen my body?

I’ve been more aware of it than ever before:

Its molecular make-up, that is.

Make-up that doesn’t take up my time - a natural (dis)order

Have you seen my body?

I left it floating amidst the time continuum:

As it continues to metabolize - to stabilize - to homostas-ize

How do I function?

Pick a bunch of wildflowers: Lavender - rosemary - lilacs - daisies

I’m overflowing with greed.

The same way you’re overflowing with wildflowers.

Somebody: Please pick me roses.

So that maybe one day

I’ll overflow with love.
