I didn't know you how true love looked
But my dear, your shine is swell.
The speckled blue that you see through
Is more lovely than I can tell.
Looking past your gorgeous face
I see those swirling blue skies,
And I'm reminded of all the blue on the Earth
That match your sparkling eyes.
The ocean, the sea, the rivers,
The water, so deep and so pure
Berries and flowers and your eyeshadow, too,
From soft paint to the Caribbean's allure.
I tell you all of these heartfelt things
That are almost as beautiful as you
But what could compare to the feelings I get
When I drown in your signature blue?
