--Poem through a Len of a Schizophrenic Mind--

Life in my eyes when I was a teenager hit with schizophrenia till now. How my mental state of thinking has changed. First poem ever, Trying this out

The thoughts of a Paranoid, Schizophrenic person, with an overloaded mind
A mind seeming to indulge, and relapse through time.
The troubles of this world are no longer his,
Thus his mind is on an excursion... A Fantastical, Fictional, bid.
His judgment is clouded no clear way to go,
Reality is just strikingly surreal.
In deep though he twist and mends words and time together,
Little by little he thinks he is so everly cleaver.
But later on in life to his dismay,
He finds that this world was just but mere illusions and tricky that he Himself played.

I can see the flow working together, until the end. A great poem, but it sorta fizzled at the end for me.
