The Life of Death

The Life of Death

A Poem by Samantha ~virginpoet

High anxieties filling my head
casualty list of the dead
for seen in the death of life
that for which all men strive
on a fast train to nowhere
where death becomes a fair
striving to reach the high goal
just to dig a deeper hole
destruction lies in our hands
to destroy our beloved land
