The Dance

The Dance

A Poem by Samantha ~virginpoet

As she walks she swings
from side to side
like an enchanting rhythm
of a new dance.
Music is her very soul if souls
were made of melodies.
She stands strong without moving
but still she moves
and those moves move me.
She has a persuasive stair
which seems to suggest
she's all your heart desires.
Than she calls you to her
with a finger wiggle
than stops you
before you get near.
And just before
your heart breaks
she looks at you
with big beautiful eyes.
Finally she opens her mouth
and with a sultry sigh
it's like she sings your name.
Than I move towards her
approaching slowly rhythmically
to the music she seems to secrete.
Truly I am like the flow
of slow dripping sweat
that seems to cover
her full figure frame.
I reach out to embrace her
only I find she is like a shadow
that quickly disappears.
