Crumbling

Crumbling

A Poem by Jason Toomey
"

ehh

"

My world is destroyed and time ended

Because I said we'd be together to the end

And…

Like a nerd that didn't work out

The wool was pulled over my eyes, a lie shroud

Why? Tell me please I don't understand.

You had me in the palm of your hand

But I guess my love bugged you & you crushed me like an ant

I get mad when I text you and you don't reply to them I’m feeling like Stan

My ugliest trait is showing

I lie and say I'm fine, but without you knowing

I shed tears now and then dropping on the ground forming a puddle of sadness

This is blasphemy, no. . . this is madness, no. . . this is Sparta

Because my love put up the greatest fight yet lost

are all of your feelings lost?

I payed the price of love and now I'm in trust debt because of the cost

Flush the toilet I'm tired of this s**t

In this love game my feelings only pause for you , but never

Quit

An honest poem Jason and one that must have been painful to write. You faced it bravely I thought. Ang.
