If at all

If at all

A Poem by Vivian Gospel

If only we were figures...
Accentuated in the night sky.
Starlit effigies bound by cosmic tethers...
Secrets of the universe many would attempt to pry.

The title, as well as beginning with if, so small, but leads into infinite wonder of thing, if.
So few words, but perfectly placed. The words are still resonating as I reply.
Superb.

M.
