Somewhere deep in Africa
Lived an Elephant.
He was not afraid of anyone,
And he played in a band.
Like everyone, in Africa
He ran around Savanna.
He liked watching cartoons ("papama")
And eating banana;
But when all of the animals
Went to bed,
He lay in his bed
And daydreamed instead -
About Beatles, about flowers
And golf;
And right before sleep,
