Something's Missing

This isn't my best, again. But it's for those who feel like somethings missing but don't know what.

A Smile
An Emotion
One that comes with denial
Then it's hard to go with the motion

A Feeling
An Emptiness
The birds no longer sing
A feeling leaving me breathless

A Mood
An Impossible Mission
Making it feel like I'm screwed
And I'm no longer a person

A Panic
An Absolute Nightmare
Deprived of almost all logic
And life just isn't fair

A Coldness In The Gut
An Unavoidable Hate
A piece of me has been cut
Making a complete me is hard to create

A Hardship
An Annoyance
Searching for a missing piece but losing my grip
Creating more of a distance

Why do I feel like something is missing
Even though everything is here?
Is my heart begging
For something that will never be there?

Author's Note

"Making a complete me is hard to create" DOES make sense. Just gotta think about it. When something's missing you're not complete.

Every time you have error less grammar and spelling for now on I'm just going to say perfect and now to your writing. It was unique and interesting and strong. It rhymed in many places and I loved the way wrote everything and it really got a perspective on the person and the emotions that make us complete. Nicely done.

I think most everyone goes through feeling incomplete, a rip in the fabric of ourselves that most don't understand. Taking this poem in relation to myself, that feeling usually come's about when I recognize how alone I live. This is a good write, thanks for sending it my way.
