This is probably the shortest thing I've ever written. And yet, carries more meaning for me than almost any of the others. I don't expect you to understand what it all means. This one is for me.

There’s far too much that’s far too fragile.

Even shards of broken hearts, and fallen tears,

They can incinerate

And leave gaping holes at fault lines.

Hoping I’m not alone, when the clock strikes 12:28.

This has such a personal atmosphere about it. You can tell that this poem has significant meaning that the reader isn't necessarily supposed to understand. I love poetry like that. This poem has a wonderful emotive vibe of desperation and sadness as well as loneliness and I feel bitterness within the line "They can incinerate". Great honest, emotional, real and honest expression with this short poem.
