White Foam

White Foam

A Poem by Skye Manson

White foam erupted

As the gigantic wave broke

The sea swam to shore

Skye,

I think if you used another word besides "broke" it would help complete the work. I struggle with imagery and may not be the best to offer advice on this work, but it feels like that is the only word that does not offer any special feeling or image. "Erupted" seems powerful, "the sea swam" offers movement and conclusion, but broke feels too small for everything.
