At Sea

At Sea

A Poem by Willis Walker
"

A short little piece from a few years ago

"

Eradicate all the doubt

Somewhere here on in between

Laid on a table

While a statue moves

And an hourglass bleeds.

Windows are your mirrors

Cold to touch but warm to feel

Melt me like a candle

Save your smile for when

You know it is real

The spokes of my mind

Turn and turn

With every mistake

A lesson learned

I try to think of what would be

If I had drowned when lost at sea

A very fine and deep write, i must add it to my library :)
A beautifully painted portrait of a segment of our life.
