So far the closest I've come to scratching the surface of just how much Emily means to me.

Now and Forever

My Angel holds me

My Angel cares for me

My Angel makes sure I know

That I am the only one for her

The one to hold her and to be there for her

Now and Forever

 

And I make sure she knows the same

That I love her with all of my heart

That she is the only one I ever have

The only one I could ever possibly

Really, truly love

For now and Forever

 

We are happy together

So very happy together

We love each other so immensely,

And as we lay together, holding each other we know

This is the way it shall be

Now and Forever

 

We kiss

Mmmm… we kiss

And as I lie there, holding her

I thank God that we are together

And I thank God that we will be together

For now and Forever

 

Ahhh… her face, her beauty

Everything about her being

I love it

I love her

My God, I love her with every fiber of my being, and I always will

For Now and Forever

 

 

 

And so every day I shall praise my life

My wondrous and unmatchable happiness

For without her I am nothing

I can’t live without her, and that’s alright

Because I will always be at her side, holding her close to me

I cry

And she gently comforts me

Stroking my cheek softly.

I can’t help but smile

Knowing she’ll be there for me

For now and Forever

 

I love her

To hold her close to me

To kiss her tenderly

To have her and to hold her

Love is a many slendid thing.

I think this was a sweet and touching poem of how you feel. If you haven't read this to her yet you should. Major brownie points there. I know the joke poem about love is "how much do i love thee, let me count the ways." (Insert comedy here) But this is something that you can truely count on.
