Today I sing a ballad, one which is as beautiful as heartbreaking
Such is our fate, to be reunited only to be separated again.

So every moment I can, I hold you in fear of losing you
Then I push you away, for I know the end will come one day
We smile as if there was nothing wrong with the world
We face each other honestly without uttering a single word.

Discrete glances and cold quick touches
Fate could not have painted more lonely canvas
Her gorgeous golden brown eyes capture my grey ones
And the universe goes still for it only exists when she does.

Weeping and empty cries make you no justice
For in your gaze there's no such thing as malice
We break apart and my heart is filled with dread
Yet I know one day we will surely come back
And meet again at this crossroad
Where it first started our dear, dear love.
