A Lovely Fire

A Lovely Fire

A Poem by Wolfe Greytome

These words you inspire,

Kindling Love's fire.

Little did you require,

Beyond a tight embrace,

Kindling Love's fire.

So sings a divine choir,

Passion pre-ordained,

Kindling Love's fire.

My lips much shyer,

Your eyes so bold,

Kindling Love's fire.

One must admire,

Your simple grace,

Kindling Love's fire.

What may next transpire,

Kindled by Love's fire?
