a football piece

Every now and then,
You get the first and ten.

When they show on ESPN,
the highlight of this game,
Will we see your first and ten?

In every gambling den,
They wait with bated breath,
For the first and ten.

A peaceful moment of zen,
Before the chaos of the play,
Did you get the first and ten?

The chains are out and then...
The crowd erupts euphoric,
You got the first and ten.

Every now and then,
You have to try for the first and ten.

This is cute i like the part about ESPN. Short and creative. You have a wonderful rhyme scheme here and a flow. Overall I enjoyed your write.
