Shades of Light

Okay, this poem makes no sense! And i suck at poems. So laugh, critisize, but please HELP!! I want to get better at poems...

Shades of Light set me free

When Darkness overcame me

I was never alone

Though I thought I was a clone

Was it true?

Was I born blue?

I always though so

I always thought so low

My mind was glazed with thoughts of darkness

Also thought “HE” was holiness

Then I found it was science

and we had to form an allience

I enjoyed this. Although I was quite confused when I got here: Was it true?

Lol, i'm not sure what it means either. I just wrote random things that rymed!! I guess I meant... It was a screwed up world and when she finially saw light or posative things she realized her darkened thoughts were wrong. "Was it true was i born blue" I guess means was she stupid and different? and she always thought low of herself. Her mind always thought "dark" The man who captured her, he made her think he was holiness. Then she found that she was his experiment and she realized it and was in reality and they had to figure out and agreement so that she could be happy and he wouldnt get in trouble. Now that i think about it... I was kind of relating to slavery... Do you get it?

and the first part has to do with, like posatives set her free from slavery, she thought she was a clone of his daughter who died i guess. idk its confusing.
