Sometimes you just aren't noticed, or heard. Sometimes they don't want to hear certain words coming from you. Sometimes you read this differently..

Right next to you I stand
But you are always looking forward
I touch
I tickle
I caress
You
…
But you don't move an inch

I move a bit away
Maybe I'll be in your mind
If I am not in your eyes
I wait
I stand
I bite my nails
…
But you don't look for me

Right behind you I cough
I don't want to get you sick
Ah, you are facing the other way
I breathe
I smell
I hold
You
…
But you don't feel me feeling you

I am placed in front of you
I've gathered my courage
I wanted to tell you this
I inhale
I exhale
I clench my fist
…

You look through me
You sigh
I await your reply
You whisper next to me
"I wish someone loved me"

But you don't hear me

There's been a lot of times I've tried to show, tell, reveal something important (to me) to someone but they don't see it the same way I suppose.
