Again

Again

A Poem by Yahallo
"

Can one revive friendships made in youth? I wish...

"
two times three hundred sixty five
that's how long it has been
(…)

i sat at my old
desk
covered in ink
and graffiti
next to
you
(...)

the classroom
is colder
than
ever before
or perhaps
we're simply
too old
(…)

i couldn't stop
my damn
mouth
nor hide
the sparks
in my eyes
you were here!
talking to me!
the bell rang
(…)

so many stories
and even more jokes
hundreds of questions
i wanted to tell you
but the bell
rang
and i
haven't seen you
since that
day
(…)
