The idea of walking out from home degrades

Head. The worry you had before I left.

I guess I take after you because when you

Asked if I’m okay I just said yes. I don’t want

You feeling the same pain I feel. As odd as it may

Be but I want to protect you from my misery.

 

Kiss everyone at home for me. Tell them I love them

The kids, sis, and please pray for us. I guess I

Have to figure a way to be strong and make

You all proud. Although I can’t lie, leaving home

Brushes off my smile.
