I miss you

I wish that I would have known

The secrets you hid so deep inside

The darkness That was surrounding you

So that you couldn't see the light

You were so young and beautiful

And you had so much to give

The only word I can manage now is why

You had so many years to come

So what made you decide to quit

I had no idea you were so lost

or carried so much hurt inside

I think about you all the time

And I have so much regret

Was there anything I could've done

If I had only seen

I guess I'll never know or understand

why you took your own life

I wonder why you thought life wasn't worth the fight

cause it certainly is there's so much you'll never see

But I hope your happy now

We can't read minds to see whats going on in the next person's head we as people sometimes are excellent at hiding our inner demons or issues not being able to be noticed by anybody. things often happen to where it leaves us thinking or asking ourselves was there something I could have done or something I missed.
