In My Head, I'm Everything You Say I Am Not

Haters gonna hate!

  You say I'm nothing.

You say I'm worthless.

You say I'm weird.

But, in my head,

I have my own world.

A world where

People like you

Don't exist. 

A world where I am

Something,

Where I am worthy,

Where I am normal.

A world where people

Who are brought down everyday

live.

Normal is relative. As you get older, that will become simultaneously more apparent, and less clear. It's an odd paradox, but it's the truth.
this piece itself is great. I think perhaps another stanza would help, as the ending felt a little abrupt to me. I love the structure, though, and you're words are concise, and make a good impact. Good write.

I think this is how some people feel. I have my own world and my family thinks I'm weird too...but it's only cause I live in my fantasy. Good poem. It wasn't confusing at all. :D

Not confusing at all, its short and simple and it gets to the point. Its a very enjoyable peice to say the least. But i must say, to be normal is different is different places, in one to be normal may to be boring or in another place kind of like where I'm from to be normal is to be weird, and different. For it is different that makes up the world.

Very nice work, i like it alot, most people can relate too. To be normal with the rest of the world we all be plain janes all looking alot, to be different to stand out in a different way that is special, i used to dream and to prey to be normal, i would do and give anything to be normal, but then i realize that no one is normal we all have or groups the ones that like us for who we are because they fall in that group as well. the popular boy next door to you he isn't normal and to him your not normal. you are not worthless no one person should ever make you feel that way.

it is pretty good. I am not a big fan of poetry though. :-/ But as for structure, I can help there. The first letter of every line is supposed to be capitalized. Though I can't help but to disagree with the message of the poem. Being "normal" is overrated. We are actually the ones who end up living and the shrivel at an early age doing what others tell them is cool. Sure we get picked on, but after a while you become impervious to their attempts. Anyways, it's a good poem!
