Beyond Reality

Beyond Reality

A Poem by aldyna threesya

One calm morning
The sun touches the earth
Emanating radiance
Flirting with the wind

A girl is standing in the balcony
Grasping flowers
Wilted, rotten

She steps ahead
Clinging to the edge
Her mind roams to the unforgiving past
Brimless desperation

She has one question
Of an inconceivable ambience
About the dissident universe
The essence of life

She looks down
Nothing but furthest expectation
Beyond reality

Life has stolen her mirth
Dissolved her hopes
Leaving her in abhorrence,
Agonizing.

That's a subtle question of every life, our lives. Why are we here?
