SNOWFLAKESA Story by Alice My first story "Mommy,I want Daddy." the little girl said with a slight quiver in her vioce. " And I want it to stop snowing." This time a tear was threating to leek out. "Why isn't he caring me? Why isn't he here?" "Darling," the mother said with a sad voice. "Daddy can't come right now." "Well can you at least make it stop snowing. Its so cold and it hurts my toes." "No honey, I can't." After a moment of silince the mother said "Do you know that your father is sending the snowflakes to tell you he loves you." " He is?" " Yes" this time the mother had tears in her eyes " " I know that Daddy loves me alot but he could show it some other way like making it sunny!" The mother just thew back her head and Laughed " Yes honey I bet he could be snowflakes are bueatiful and unique. Just like you" And with that she picked the little girl up into her arms and carried her away from the cold empty graveyard. © 2012 Alice |
