A Boy in his Wonder

A Boy in his Wonder

A Poem by Alfred Kukitz
"

the magic of childhood

"

A Boy in his Wonder

You come along way
Feet abreast,
Breath in the air,
Soul in abundance,
A stare at a star,
Making music
in clouds asunder,
Small magic in fingers
Still growing,
A boy in his wonder
For all the world to see!

I remember days in the outdoors, my imaginary friend, Poke, me playing in the wilds of our fantasy. Thanks Avinash!

Regards,
Al

When we remember our child self, all of a sudden the colors start to be brighter. The unsaid promises of life seem more trustworthy.
