A Lie Lives

A Lie Lives

A Poem by Alfred Kukitz
"

i couldn't help it

"

A Lie Lives

Simple lines reach infinity

forward, backward, where

is the rhyme

i can almost feel your touch

a cascade of vibrations

gently walking toward me

aspersions quickly gather

into a cellular cacophony i rise

to my own illusion

in the mist of it all i hold

everything in my hand

please life let my lie live!
