*In Haven, Maine*

 

*Hotch and Reid are on the jet back to Quantico, where the others are. I’m sitting in Nathan’s office, waiting for him and Audrey to finish my restraining order stuff. As in, what I’m going to be allowed to do and not allowed to do while helping with the “case”. When my phone rings, I’m happy, because I’m suffering from boredom*

 

Me: Quantico’s Favorite Agent Smith, how may I help you?

 

Voice: This is Erin Strauss.

 

Me: W-WHAT?!

 

Voice: JUST KIDDING. MWHAHAHA. It’s Mushroom.

 

Me: MUSHROOM.

 

Mayisha: DON’T CALL ME MUSHROOM.

 

Me: But… You just said…

 

Mayisha: SILENCE, MORTAL.

 

Morgan: *in the background* You’re such a klutz, Joss.

 

Jocelyn: IT’S NOT MY FAULT THAT THE PAPERS JUMPED AT ME AND I DEFENDED MYSELF.

 

Prentiss: Oh, the papers did much more than jump at you. They’re everywhere now.

 

JJ: I guess we’ll have to clean this all up.

 

Prentiss: Oh goody.

 

Me: …And why are papers attacking Jocelyn?

 

Mayisha: Don’t. Ask.

 

Me: So, did anything interesting happen while we were in Haven?

 

*silence*

 

Me: What happened?

 

Mayisha: Oh… Nothing.

 

Me: WHAT. HAPPENED.

 

Jocelyn: I--

 

Prentiss: CHEATED ON REID.

 

Jocelyn: WHAT?! NO!

 

Me: JOCELYN.

 

Jocelyn: I DIDN’T DO ANYTHING!

 

Prentiss: WITH THE AMAZING DETECTIVE GUY.

 

Jocelyn: ANYONE BUT HIM!

 

Prentiss: What’s wrong with him?

 

Jocelyn: Everything!

 

Me: So, did anything happened?

 

Everyone Else: No.

 

Me: Okay… That was creepy.

 

Morgan: Really, nothing happened.

 

Me: Um, where’s Megan and Gideon. Are they just being quiet, or…?

 

Morgan: Actually, I don’t know. They left a few moments ago, I’m not sure where they went.

 

Me: *pictures them kissing in the room again* OH GOD.

 

Prentiss: What??

 

Me: Oh, nothing. Just… someone, um, never mind.

 

JJ: Okay…?

 

Prentiss: Where’s Hotch and Reid?

 

Me: On their way back.

 

Jocelyn: And you aren’t?

 

Me: Nope. In order for them to return, I had to stay here.

 

Mayisha: FOREVER?!

 

Me: No, silly Mushroom. Just for a little while. The case we were working on, we, uh, snooped around a bit and got caught. Therefore, I said I’d help finish the case, and in doing so, send the others back to Quantico. So I get to stay in lovely Haven until we finish this case.

 

Jocelyn: What’s the case about?

 

Me: …Um, you know, the usual stuff.

 

Prentiss: Oh, okay.

 

Jocelyn: DID YOU GET TO MEET NATHAN AND DUKE AND AUDREY?!

 

Me: Yup, and Chris Brody.

 

*silence*

 

Jocelyn: I. HATE. CHRIS. BRODY.

 

Me: What’s wrong with him?

 

Jocelyn: EVERYTHING. He took Audrey away from Nathan!

 

Me: Don’t say it too loud! They’re in the next room.

 

Jocelyn: THAT. MAN. IS. PURE. EVIL.

 

Me: If you saw him, it would be different.

 

Prentiss: Who’s Chris Brody?

 

Me: This guy that everyone likes. No matter what.

 

Jocelyn: EXCEPT FOR ME.

 

Me: Well, we all know that.

 

JJ: Is he cute?

 

Me: He’s taken. AND YOU HAVE WILL.

 

JJ: Well…

 

Jocelyn: CHRIS. BRODY. MUST. DIE.

 

Me: NOOOO JOCELYN.

 

*The door opens and Nathan and Audrey beckon me into Nathan’s office*

 

Me: Oops, guys, gotta go.

 

Jocelyn: CHRIS. BRODY. MUST. DIE.

 

Mayisha: BYEEES LIV~

 

Me: Bye. *shuts the phone* What’s up? *as I walk into the office*

 

Nathan: We’ve spoken, and you must not leave our side. You’ll be sleeping in the room next to Audrey’s at Duke’s place. You must not go off on your own. And you must share everything you discover with us.

 

Me: Are these orders or rules of engagement?

 

*silence*

 

Me: IT WAS JUST A QUESTION.

 

Nathan: DO NOT QUESTION THE RULES.

 

Me: …whoa, Nathan, are you feeling okay? That’s not like you.

 

Nathan: DO. NOT. DISRESPECT. THE RULES.

 

Me: Okay, okay, jeez.

 

Audrey: *is laughing*
