Wonder

When I close my eyes and lay on my bed

I can feel the world drifting far away

My head feels heavy for my pillow

My mind, slipping away like I don’t belong here

I try to come out of it, but I don’t

I want to know how it ends…

I wake up because I lack courage to find out
