Grasping

Grasping

A Poem by alternative_be
"

Another translation from my 'teenage files'

"

Grasping …

You will never succeed
Grasping thunder
High and mighty in the sky

Nor sand slowly slipping
Through the fingers of your hand

Neither will a slippery tablet of soap
Be able to wash away

Slippery people

yes, it's part of our nature...it was a gift back in the jungle days...slipping away is part of being slippery...now that we are "moral" creatures, "slippery" has lost some of its gloss...those of us who have carried it too far can always attend meetings...
