Love Grows

Love Grows

A Poem by Lauren Beth
"

A poem I wrote for Valentines Day

"

The deepness of what we have ever grows

It flowers, blooms, and still higher it goes

I’ll never give up on us, our love is real

A love most only dream about, never feel

Our love is still standing, after trial and tribulation,

We can never break or crack the sturdy foundation.

We can get through anything, if its together

And come out the other end stronger, better

I really believe that you were made for me,

I know it. I was made for you. We were meant to be.

You are like the oxygen my heart needs to thrive,

Without you I don’t think my heart could survive.

I love waking up to your admirable face,

To feel the comfort and safety of your loving embrace.

My love for you goes so deep, it’ll never go away.

Joined together, our souls will forever stay.

You have warmth that brings your writing to life. And you are both the fire and water for creating such a feeling. Your heartfelt emotions sizzle in the hand of the one you love. On the other hand you cool and nurture. Your words are strong and reinsuringwhat a nice Valentine's day poem.

A simple beautiful and heartfelt write... sweet and to the point...

I know it. I was made for you. We were meant to be.
You are like the oxygen my heart needs to thrive,
Without you I don't think my heart could survive.

I thought this was my favorite part

About
I enjoy writing poetry, usually just what comes to me. I write for me, it's like just something that I need to get out. Whatever hits me at the moment I start jotting down, on sticky notes, napkins.... more..
