COURAGE

At the pond we dive

Into a world unknown,

And on searching, we strive

To uncover what we don't know.

To remove the fears

That were built on tears, 

To stand high amongst the skies;

Removing the blanket from our eyes

So tranquillity can once more reside.

Hi Andrew. This is so very well penned. It comes from a poet's heart, written in poet's words and has a cadence only a poet can achieve. My hat off to you, a brilliant write. Only one word, . . . that was (?were??) built . . I think. Anyway, for you to decide. Loved this to bits!!!! alf
