Grandpa

Grandpa

A Poem by andrew mitchell
"

A joke I heard!!

"
When I die,
I want to die like my Grandpa......
In his sleep.
Not screaming and carrying on
Like the other passengers
In his car!!

that's a joke you heard?? what in the world were you guys smokin'?? :))
i love the sentiment of this poem! its how i want to go .. naturally ... at peace ... hoping that my faith will stand in stead for me .. that i don't run, nor get angry, nor deny ... what other faith is there but Jesus says i! the work done ...i just have to accept and believe ..made almost too easy eh!?

Thank you Poppy:)
This would be a lot funnier if I didn't ride with my 85-year-old father every now and then, and have dreamed of him taking the same road your Grandpa did with me a passenger. You sick so-an-so, now that dream is going to plague me more than just the night before I am to ride with him.

Hah the joke's on the talespinner here, because Grandpa knew exactly where he was taking them all along! It's a matter of twisted trust.
