I was in your inner pocket once!

I was in your inner pocket once!

A Poem by andrew mitchell

I was that coin
that had two heads
always in two minds,
and with bevelled edges
I tried to roll away
but I fell flat....

Don't pick me up!

I like this metaphor, Andrew.

Comparison to a coin, in the pocket of someone once, a lover, a friend, trying to decide whether to stay or go, but always never reaching a conclusion and falling on the flat side between the zones. Then begging to be left alone.

Very clever and certainly very relevant for people in relationships. Well Done.
