I agree with you 100%. Puerto Rico is a prime example. I was in the Army. My unit in one day could built a water plant and power sources for 40,000 soldiers. Our President don't care. More concern for less taxes for the rich. He is liar and the USA is in great trouble. Thank you Andrew for sharing your words and thoughts. I did like them.
