Falling on deaf ears!

Falling on deaf ears!

A Poem by andrew mitchell

Where is God
when people need
him most?

On a whim
or a pray,
or just falling
on deaf ears.

What becomes of those
whose prays are not answered?

Must the innocent suffer,
and for what, and why?

As parents we do anything
to protect our children,
and yet are we not
God’s children.

It’s too late
when we are dead,
and my prays have not
been answered since
I asked as a kid!

When the belief turned cold.
