Trash but treasure!

Trash but treasure!

A Poem by andrew mitchell

It’s ironic to think
we live in a throw away society
only to see those items dispensed with
become collectable and valuable.

too kind sette
American pickers show had openned up my eyes as how much junk is worth. I don't know if it showing in Australia but you get the concept. Some junk poetry is others' treasure and vice versa.

I treasure you . You are welcome.
we need to be more careful...some of the items we just take for granted can be quite valuable someday.

i have an old baseball signed to me by Gabby Hartnett...Hall of Fame Catcher for the Cubs (my dad bought a car from his son...and got the ball for me) I found out by checking on line that a ball like that could be worth thousands of dollars....although to me a price can't really be put on some treasures...
they just are too special for other reasons.
