Multianimal culturism!

Multi animal culturism
seems like a good idea at that time
but the integration doesn’t work.

When the sugar cane beetle
reared it’s ugly head,
the authorities introduced the cane toad,
now the cane toad kills everything
that stands between itself and breeding.

When the European carp was introduced
into our waterways, the rivers
turned muddy choking our native fish.

Rabbits and feral goats destroy our flora
not appreciating the Australian ways
while introduced animal species kill
our remaining Australian fauna.

One should never alter the placemats given
in this world for everyone has their place;
it just wasn’t meant to be,
to change the table settings.

Sad when we offer a chance of a new start in life only to see them, terrorists kill their hosts in return for our kindness.
