What's for dinner? You are!

What's for dinner? You are!

A Poem by andrew mitchell

When the snail cried out
" Good God I'm hungry!"
A man gave him a lettuce.
"Thank you! Thank you!" said the snail.

Little did he know,
the man was a chef
and French!

Lol. i guess everything ends up on a bed of lettuce.

reminds me of:

"Look Around the Poker Table; If You Can’t See the Sucker, You’re It."

beware strangers & don't ask questions if you don't like the answer, etc. nice one andrew. honestly, don't know how you come up with this stuff ... :)

thanks pete for stopping by.
Very nice. Was a bit confusing, but it was good. It was funny and it had a good flow to it.

thank you..............
"sacre bleu" cried out the snail,
"do I smell garlic butter?"
"Oui, Oui, Oui, Oui"
cried out the chef
"I am 'aving you for supper!"
