Untie me this minute!

Untie me this minute!

A Poem by andrew mitchell

Excuse me Sir!
Your shoelaces are undone!

I know I like them
hanging loosely!

They should be tied up Sir!

Now, look here sonny Jim!
I belong to the society of prohibition of tying shoe laces together.
Do you know what that means?

No, but you could trip,
falling over, and then
end up hurting yourself!

I'm perfectly fine thank you!
They like to be free.
They are not into bondage, linking together,
displaying pretty bows and in general terms
all things tied up!

Why don't you just wear sandals or go bare foot?

No! Because I don't want to be mistaken for Jesus!
Besides dear fellow!
It's all about trends!

Trends! Trends! Trends!

 Okay! Have a safe trip!

I will! Now get lost before I...!
