Control! We have a runaway!

Control! We have a runaway!

A Poem by andrew mitchell

Did the thought in question
decide ...
not to stick around?

Or was mind's intelligence
just ...
caught off guard.

Ha! My train of thought is often derailed. Too many distractions, I guess. I once read we can process 350-600 words per minute, but speak only about 150 words per minute. It was suggested the brain then searches for something to fill the void. Perhaps that runaway? Off to another thought. Oh, good write, sir.
