My Final Resolution

My Final Resolution

A Chapter by Amaya

I see my situation like this:

I’m in a ditch

And every bad thing I have experienced is attached to a rope.

Now instead of letting my struggles use that rope to drag me down further into the ditch,

By writing, I am ripping the rope out of its hand, and using it to pull myself out of the ditch.

Now if that doesn't make sense, this is what I mean:

I am a strong, beautiful young woman

Who has been put through hell,

Who will not let her miserable past define who she is.

I am a strong, beautiful young woman

Whose voice can only get louder,

Whose words can only get more powerful.

I refuse to stay quiet any longer,

So I write

And I pour my heart out into my work.

Bravo girl! You are indeed very brave and strong. Your spirit is worth appreciation. You are standing tall and strong after a apalling mishap that could ever take place in a girl's life, especially in teenage. You are really very great and a brave heart. I ennoble the way you pour your heart, your thoughts and feelings. Your writing is polemical and eye opener. Loved it! Loved your optimistic and never say die attitude towards life. Live Long and Keep sharing. It would be really helpful for you if now you move towards more optimistic and wonderful thoughts rather than living and craving in past. It would surely be difficult to put into action and it won't be as easy as it seems to say. But you are really strong person and you'll surely get over it. Your writings will help kindle other girls too.
