RED SNOW

RED SNOW

A Poem by Anthony
"

Just a nightmare that happened.

"

It was a  dream of a time before I was born,

It was when the snow turned red.

I was 12 years old in a concentration camp,

So it was said.

Close together with many ,

No where could we go.

And beyond the great fence,

All we could see was red snow.

It was a cold bitter day when they came.

A hundred or more of us naked,

But we felt no shame.

Blind folded I could see nothing,

But I knew where we had to go.

Beyond the great fence,

Into the red snow.

We marched for about a mile.

Blind folds now off,

Our hands againts a great wall.

As I looked to my side,

I could see them fall.

Naked into the red snow.

I too began to fall,

I too now know.

About the red snow.

About the red snow.
