Buried Hope

Buried Hope

A Poem by Anna

in this world
you may find no peace and you become hopeless
but when you deal with the daily challenges life throws at you
hope will come to you like a bee goes to the nectar filled flower
and you'll discover the tranquillity that you have never known
it feels so right and nothing else can match it
but sadly it doesn't last forever
you come to the shocking relization that it will leave just as swift as it came
but no matter what, cling onto a small piece of this beautiful feeling
hold it as tight as a rope and never let go
let this little shred grow into the golden flower and plant it deep in your chest
because you'll need it to help endure the pain of this world
one day you may even share it with another dying soul.

I agree dear Anna.
"you come to the shocking relization that it will leave just as swift as it came
but no matter what, cling onto a small piece of this beautiful feeling
hold it as tight as a rope and never let go "
The above lines. True wisdom to live by. Thank you for sharing the amazing poetry.
