Remember Remember the 13th of November

For Dalebear and me

It’s the 13^th of November

A special day to always remember

A day that has been planned

And now the pain we can’t withstand

It’s not a good day anymore

The pain we must ignore

Today was meant to be our special day

Our plans have now been put on delay

I wish I was with you

And now I am feeling so blue

Water has filled my eyes

And it’s not very wise

I must fight the tears away

My feelings I can’t display

We will have our special day soon

And we will both be over the moon

We can look forward to that

But our pain today we must combat

But always remember that I love you

And I know you love me too

One day soon we will meet

And we will feel complete
