Moonlight love

Moonlight love

A Poem by Chirag Kumar

The luminous moon,
stokes life
into the gift of drizzle,
from misty clouds.

Magnificence is when,
those drops
land on your lustrous lips.
Sanity slips.

Neon street lights,
shine defeated
in front of the scenic beauty,
unfurled as you.

An impatient wait,
to meet
you in my caring arms,
decipher your self.

And thus,

tonight we melt,
in moonlight
to flow on the banks,
of eternal love.

This is so beautifully transcendent. Each line moves with the misted night, and awakens such a warmth and love that flows forever into the world. So well done! May your new year be filled with endless inspirations, my friend!
