 I wonder where the love stories they've told came

When all the people now say loving is a shame

Back then they searched and died for

Now they run and hide unlike before

 

I wonder where the love stories came from

Where all the sweetness and happiness come

Does it still exist or not

Now that loyalty and trust rot

 

I wonder where the love stories start

Where a man and woman never part

When forever meant eternity

When love meant unity

 

I wonder how love stories begin

When sparks started to be seen

But now no one would tell

For they say it’s as vicious as hell
