Older poem I did

And surely it’s

The screaming in your

Ears at night that brings

Your true voice to the light

A wretched monster thinking on his

Own imprisoned by the delicate face of a

Young girl and so she WRITES.

Hey!

This is truly awesome and nicely written. And I especially like the ending and for me I kind of relate. I find writing so much easier late at night. I’ve felt really bad a few times during my life. This is kind of how I felt during this time. I could write harsh and very descriptive stories extremely saddened poems during that time. A lot said in a very few words and impact was great!

i like this..the muse as a monster imprisoned within the delicate girl who writes..

she hears the screaming, it awakens her...but the monster must be kind to her, or she won't let him out.

when i looked at your profile i thought nothing special, another teen spilling forth filth on a s****y website i haven't visited for years, After looking through a few poems, my opinion wasn't changed very much, though many have told me thats a hard thing to do, if you read any of my poetry you will probably laugh, its all fairly old and not very good by any standard. i'm more into short prose currently. i'm creating a group for writers to build other styles and work eachother up through working together on pieces, I usually dont accept outsiders (people out of the US) to join but seeing as your canadian, and i do enjoy canada, maybe you can join us. i enjoyed this piece however harsh my words were it was nice, short and sweet, I hope to hear from you soon,
